IT Service Delivery/QA Manager

Cohere Cyber Secure is seeking to fill the role of Information Technology Service Delivery / Quality Assurance Manager. As a trusted provider of managed IT services Cohere is focused on serving medium-to-large enterprises, supported by a fully-protected meshed network, Cyber-Defense (Compliance) protection, Cloud (private and public) services, and Next-Gen VoIP Telephony/UC capabilities.

The IT Service Delivery QA Manager applies analytical and business skills to enforce existing ‘best practices' as well as identify new or enhanced systems, procedures, and processes to advance service delivery integrity. The IT Service Delivery QA Manager also develops, manages, and executes all phases of service delivery oversight, including analysis of product/service requirements. This approach of establishing baseline requirements is to develop functional ‘best practices’ in a multi-technology environment

An efficient IT Service Delivery QA Manager should have solid experience in quality control of Cloud Computing, Data Center Operations, Server and DeskTop technologies. An ideal candidate for this position should be competent to continue technology projects & life cycle management, IT service delivery, and enterprise resource management. This is a customer-facing position, which will require exemplary oral and written skills.
 

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops and maintains a working knowledge of business processes supported by the software systems/products
  • Conduct and participate in test case reviews, requirement reviews, design reviews, and change control activities
  • Creates and contributes to the creation of test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data for use during the testing phases for new and existing services/products
  • Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
  • Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
  • Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
  • Review current standards and policies
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
  • Ensure all legal standards are met
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrated experience with increasingly complex projects
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Reliable and Trustworthy
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
